I'm digging this recovery week thing, but I hope it doesn't kill the motivation. I had a 30 minute run this morning with strides every 5 minutes, and my legs felt like BRICKS. It was tough. I'm not sure why, I was fueled just fine. Maybe just sleepy, I don't know.
I just got back from a 30 - ish minute swim:
4x300 - 300 swim, 300 kick, 300 pull, 300 swim
Good workouts, and now I'm off to work. Almost made enough yesterday to buy some aero bars, and hopefully I'll be able to get a roof rack for my bike. Oh...wait...bills. Dammit.
