Just so you know, I wasn't a slacker yesterday. This week is a recovery week. I'm 5 weeks out from my first tri of the season, so I have a recovery week this week, a swim focused week next week, then bike focus week, finally a run focus week before a taper week and my tri. That's a mouthful.
So yesterday was an off day, and today I had a 30 minute run and 30 minute spin. Done and done!
