Ah, today was a fairly light day, but I wasn't too motivated. I rode for just under an hour, 20 minutes in the flats, 20 minutes climbing, and 20 minutes cool down (I was supposed to just spin, but it was nice out and I wanted to climb dammit!).
Got home, ate, and went for a 22 minute run. It's amazing how short that felt. Two years ago, 20 minutes running was way too long, and now it hardly feels like a workout. I almost skipped it, but sucked it up and went. Got back and have sat and watched the Giro d'Italia and downloaded music. Basso is a machine, he just killed everyone!
I'm experimenting with a new risotto recipe tonight, so I'm off to the store to buy some supplies. I'm stoked, I LOVE risotto!!!!
