Completed Breakin.

My squat volume went from 25 to 30, load went from 2000 to 2700.
Ouch!!

Deadlift went from 20 to 30 as I cut weight and improved form, staying steady at 2400 load.

And after four weeks, I finally am able to work on a swiss ball without falling off
