I drank it

Training yesterday:

45 minute swim - Warm up - 3x150, last 50 in each is backstroke
Set - 3x500, 1 is RPE3, 2 is RPE4, 3 is RPE5
Cooldown - 150 easy

Done and done. Easy day, prepping for my long day today. Wish me luck!
