I drink Japanese Sencha Green Tea.. and use ½ tsp of tea leaves per cup of water.. and infuese it for about 3 minutes.. (I always used to make it too dark up til a few months ago..) no sugar need it.. It's delicious.
A friend of mine got me to also drink it from my water bottle during xc-skiing.. very nice, specially the first hour when it still luke warm.. haven't tried it cold on summer hikes but will get to it for sure.
I'm also trying to get a new thing going by drinking it in a crystal wine glass while others are having white wine. With some meals it really goes well.
