Smile Green Tea

So to further my efforts to improve my nutrition and my body composition, I will be trying to add Green Tea to my diet. But I currently don't drink any tea, nor does my wife. So I see the tea bags at the store and the bottled stuff, which I'm guessing is more expensive. I was thinking to make a large batch and stick it in the fridge for later consumption. I can't imagine drinking it warm this time of year.

Anyone have any methods or strategies for making a large batch? My mom and dad used to make regular brown tea in the microwave but I don't know how many bags to use with how much water, etc.?

Can you guys help me out? How do you all drink it? How do you make it? What kind do you drink?

Thanks in advance.
Ted
