HGM Iron Manual
Week 2, Workout 2
Not a very good workout today. I went into it intending to take it easy and save something for the 10K run on Saturday.
QUAD 1
Standard Squat:3 x 5 x 115 lbs. (fewer reps)
Dumbbell Incline BP:3 x 10 x 40s
Barbell RDL:3 x 12 x 115 lbs.
Pull-ups:3 x 5 x BW, 3 x 5 x 120 Pulldown
QUAD 2
Dips:3 x 6 x BW (not enough gas for 8 reps)
No lunges or step-ups, just:
Lying leg curls:3 x 8 x 35
Seated Row:3 x 8 x 120
Hanging Leg Raise:3 x 8
All in all, I probably should have gone even lighter...nothing left right now.
