Okay, update time! Sunday (Easter) - I rode some rolling hills for about 90 minutes. Great ride, and it made room for all the delicious Easter dinner items. It was a beautiful day! Today, I got up at the crack o' dawn for a 40 minute run. It was a good run, full of hills, so I can't complain at all. I always worry about hydration issues first thing in the morning, but I slugged some water before and had a bunch after, and all was well. We went up to Steamboat at lunch time, and I got a swim in this afternoon. I forgot my journal, so I didn't know my warm up or cool down, but I knew my set. So here's what I did: Warm Up: 200 easy Set: 1500 RPE 3 (took me about 25 minutes, so I'm REALLY happy with that time) Cool Down: 150 easy I beat the snow by about 2 hours, but the snow is jeapordizing my ride tomorrow, so I might be stuck on a trainer tomorrow. We shall see. E
