Missed a day of logging, dammit! Yesterday I had a killer swim:
Warm Up: 6x100
Main: 4x400 continuous
Cool Down: 1x150 pull
Kicked my ass, but just for good measure, I got a 40 minute run in with 20 second sprint intervals every 5 minutes.
I just got back from a 60 minute ride today, just light small chain ring work. Have a 30 minute easy run planned for today, and then I eat like a pig.
My body is feeling good. My right knee is acting up again, but I'm just icing the hell out of it every night. Same ole same ole.
