Yesterday, I had a speed swim workout, which was fun and painful. Here she be:
WU: 400 continuous (last 50 in each 100 is kick)
Main: 8x100 EBEH (25m Easy, 25m Build, 25m Easy, 25m Hard)
Cool Down: 250 continuous
My bike workout was freezing, so I cut it short due to scaring myself I was getting frostbite on my fingers.
WU: 15 min small ring
15 min big chain ring, but easy effort
Cool Down: None (should have been 15 min small chain ring)
Off for a long bike ride...
