Swimming in the snow, ah, what fun. Quick workout though -
Warm up: 4x75m - last 25m of each is backstroke
Main: 3x400 - 1st is RPE 1, 2nd is RPE 2, 3rd is RPE 3
Cool Down: 150 easy (and a bit of snow falling on you cools you down real quick)
