^^Hell yes. Water, and a shaker bottle with some protein. When that craving hits, slug some water and make a shake. The shake is usually so filling, and it fools me into thinking that since I'm having something sweet, I've already eaten enough (I have a wicked sweet tooth after meals). When you don't have healthy options available, you're screwed.
