I agree. You can also cut on pretty much any routine. No special routinges actually required.

But, if you're looking for something that a lot of people have had great success with, TT is a great way to go.

The fact that book authors and magazine editors look to Craig for fat loss routines is a great testament to TT.

While you can cut with pretty much any routine, would someone have done better with another, fat loss specific, routine?
