Good luck Keith!
I have always dressed pretty casual to interviews, polos and khakis, but then again I live in a relativly crappy area and the gyms I work at aren't as nice as yours looks.

For the interview, if they start talking to you about training, answer questions honestly but don't trash on other training ideas. You never know if the guy hiring you still loves bodypart splits or unstable surface training.

Also, a gym isn't the place to be modest. You are a salesman, and being confidant is a good thing both at the interview and when you are training/selling training is a good thing. Its something I have had to work on a lot. Don't be ashamed to let them know how much you know and how well you would do at the job.

Kick ass sir.
