tossed I know that feeling as I still cant run after a year and Im gutted but I just cant seem to do much to improve it but the squats are helping loosen the ligament a little. At this rate Im gonna save my pennies methinks and go see a private consultant, altho they did say total absolute rest for 6 months would alleviate some of it but there must be an alternative option!!!
