I just made some and used flax meal instead of breadcrumbs. Not sure if that is the best substitution, but it worked for me. Ended up with 14.5 fat, 8 carbs, 8 fiber, and 44 protein. It was a little bland, but a few spices, garlic, and onion could probably fix that; just wanted to try it plain, and I was to lazy to chop some garlic.
