Default Tuna burgers

I found these at some hard core lifting website, someplace like West side where there's a bunch of huge guys lifting huge weights, but I cant remember where. I put a bunch of the recipes in a word document. Anyway, I've made these a few times now and they're not half bad.

1 can tuna
1/4 cup bread crumbs, I use some italian kind
chopped celery or onion optional
1 egg

mix everything together, form into 2 pattys and cook in olive oil on medium in a frying pan for about 2-3 mins on each side, or until they turn a golden brown, or darker if thats how you roll.

I put them on a piece of WW toast with some light mayo and mustard. I think they're good and since they're not that bad, i figured I'd share. Of course, you could make some WW bread crumbs if you're a stickler for that stuff, but i'm 15, i dont care.
