Hey, Welcome Son-of-ODB! go to the FAQ forum and look at the top post, titled workout routines, or something like that. There you will find links to many of the more common weight routines. I would recommend for beginners the HGM series (home grown muscle) or BOK (Book of muscle). That will give you an idea of what to be doing, and those are two full body routines. Also proper nutrition (check fitday.com) lots of sleep, and add in some cardio as well. do a search on HIIT (high intensity interval training).

And by the way, feel free to post in the fitness forum as well. Lots of young guys in there as well as a few of us older types.

Glad to hear that you are taking your health and fitness seriously at a young age. I wish I had!

And ....most important....keep posting and don't give up!
