Default Weight Training!!!!!

Alrighty, so im 16 and trying to build some muscle not only to feel good, but to look good. So far my arms and legs are looking good but my torso could use some work done. I try many things to work on my chest and abs but i seem to get no results. Does anyone know ways in improving my torso? And do i build muscle even though im not sweating? because i'll practice forever and not sweat.... i dont know if thats good or not....
