Sounds like a nasty infection! No doubt a long stomach infection like that can take a lot out of you.

Most exercises I cannot make gains like that anymore. I have been gaining in BB Rows while doing BOM, but I really didn't do them that much prior to this program. I always did single-arm DB rows. I don't know whether this is true for most people, but I can single arm row substantially more than 50% of what I can BB row, whereas the opposite is true for DB Bench presses. I can DB bench (per arm) substantially less than 50% of what I can BB bench press.
