yep made it back last month. I got a bacterial infection in my stomach that took me out of action for about a month and a half then when I finally got back I sat on my ass and gorged for another month.
now my run times are crap and the strength is hurting...BUT I'm doing pretty good about consistant gains so it's all good.
I don't know about anyone else but I typically try to up the weight about every 3rd week or so...most barbell lifts I don't really notice an extra 5lbs (total) but that adds about 20lbs a year...not too shabby for a skinny white boy!
