Curious: what's your deadlift? I read Dan John's piece at tmag (I like him) in which he said (if I recall correctly) minimum strength before more serious or complicated training should be deadlifting twice your bodyweight, benching your bodyweight, and, ideally, military pressing your bodyweight. I'm a girlie man: still workinging on all of those.
