I'd like to preface this with saying my gym is free, and its attached to my condo complex. So this is very, very convenient for me, and probably one of my motivations for going...

With that said, my gym has no barbells, but plenty of dumbells.

So I have a few qustions regarding the S2B Workout, almost all of them being dumbell/barbell related:

1. Can I do the Barbell front squat with 2 dumbells instead?
2. The close grip bench with 2 dumbells?
3. The hang Clean and press with 2 dumbells?
4. I need an alternative exercise for the cable pull throughs - can i use 2 dumbells in the same motion? or?
5. For the Elevated Trap Bar deadlifts, can I use dumbells?
6. I need an alternative to dips? Can i put a weight in my lap and do reverse pushups?
7. Are lat pulldowns an acceptable substitute for Cable rows?

Please refrain from telling me to get a new gym, i'd like to avoid that if possible,
