From what i understand with Ripped Rugged and Dense, the whole goal is to not build up a "lactic acid swimming pool" in your muscles by doing lots of reps.

However, i've been reading some into things and if i'm not mistaken muscle endurance comes from lots of high rep excersises.

So what i need to know is if i can gain more muscle endurance while on RRD and how?
