Today's log entry sux. I do rest day on wednesday and was hoping I could continue with my thursday upper body workout...but I pulled a little something between my shoulder blades Tuesday. Pretty sure I did it on the bent over rows. Went too heavy on my first set.
Anyway...I ran a mile and then did 30 stories of stair climbing. Worked up a great sweat. But I miss the lifting.
Not sure about tomorrow either. It's not a bad injury...but I don't want it to turn into one.
Patience is a critical virtue in lifting.
