Supersets of handstands (toes against wall, hands two feet from wall) and top-position chin-up holds with a five-minute rest interval (and I needed every second of it):

Duuuuuuuude. Blah day of cold rain, so didn't run or feel like schlepping over the gym. My arms are jelly. Time to go lie down until this headache from sloshing blood flow subsides [img]smile.gif[/img]
