Dumbell Bench Press 2*6 40 lb dumbells
Hammer Curls 2*6 20 lbs
Chins 2*6
Standing Calf Raises 2*6 for 115 lbs
Jump Squats 1*6 for 20 lbs dumbells
Edit from an abover post, my incline bench was actually at 125 (woohee such an improvemnt :S).
