I'm excited to start a training log. Today I am beginning The Waterbury Method for my second time cycle. I did it for a month about a month ago and I loved it. Made pretty good gains. I've changed some of the main excercises to switch it up a bit. My goals are to add 5 lb's of LBM before the end of april and make noticeable strenght gains. I'll take before pictures and put them up with after pictures afterwards. I weigh 164 lbs and am 6'0 tall. Thanks Y'all!
