Can i just substitute it to Pulldown? Also, can i substitute Swiss-ball Jackknife to other abs workout like Decline Leg Raise? No Swiss-ball in the Sports Club. They actually even prevent me from doing BB Rollout. The dilema of working out in a Sports Club
