Didn't get my weights in on Friday. I need to turn this week around. Didn't eat good all weekend. It wasn't horrible, but choices could've been better. I definately need to hit it hard this week. It'll be either weights or tennis tonight. Time to start prepping for the next season of K-Swiss.
I finally got Craigs Turbulence Training. I'm going to read it over and then maybe start it next week with my wife. I need to do something.
