Didn't do much cardio last night. Ran the stairs a few times, just to do something. Didn't bring my lunch today, so, its kind of a bummer of a day. Tying to stay away from the snack bar here. Tonight is weights. Maybe I can get it in before we go out to a prewedding dinner for our friends.
