Today was "easy" day. Easy being relative I guess. Put my Incline DB press up to 35kg (77lb). As mentioned in a thread on the fitness boards I have trouble getting the first rep in the set started but once I do I got the full 5x5 out. I'll have to try some of the advice in there. Not sure, I'll probably leave the weight the same and try to work on that even though I feel I could go up. I figure get it right first. Pity, the 35s are the last of the normal dumbell rack. I get to move onto the "Heavy bastards" rack next, which I'm yet to see anybody ever grab from, even for shrugs or one arm rows or stuff. Hard as hell, but felt good getting it done. 17.5kg again on DB curls. Almost got all out, I think it was 5,5,4,4,4 but I think the last rep or so of each set is a little short (not straightening my arm enough). Still even though its not ready to go up, its progress from where it was. I should nail it next week I hope.
