Good luck. I'm a firm believer in HIIT, but I think anything to shake things up is a good move. Intervals just seem to be the most time efficient way to burn fat, not to mention that aerobic benefits you get and how those transfer over to everyday living.

Today is my first crank-up in routines as I am not progressing along as I had in the past. I am adding intervals after my resistance session.
