Thanks. No diet plan, per se, just clean eating and logging everything. I had done it for so long prior to this 'experiment' that it is second nature. I just need to plan and gear up and count and log - and most important, get my wife on board (again). The macro breakdown will be a simple 40/30/30 or maybe 35/35/30 depending on how I feel after kicking in the workouts.
