Day 5: Pull Dominant

Booty Prep ala Cressey

1) Speed Pulls off 4in box: 225 for a lot of singles

2) Lunges: 45/12, 10, 10

3) Reverse Hyper: 250*4/12

4) Pulldown Abs: 120*2/10

5) GHR: 2*5

6) Calf Raises: 170*4/7

Im really feeling a difference in my deads lately, I still need to work on form but its becoming more glute dominant than back dominant.

Lunges beat the heck out of my legs, each rep feels like grim death and it really requires a lot of oxygen. They get the job done though, and Ill be better conditioned for it.

The rest of the assistance work was lower volume than usual, mainly because I had a time constraint and also didnt feel like doing to much. I left the gym worked and on a high note, no need to beat myself further.
