arms: bb standing curls, 3 warm up, 2x 115 for 4
standing db curls, 2x 65s for 4
standing hammer db curls, 1x 75s for 4

face breakers, 3 warm up, 2x 135 for 4
tri pressdownds: 2x (changed stations so it was much more resistence) no idea how much little over half of stack for 5
