tuesday: back, abs
I got to the gym very late today like close to 9pm.
pulldowns: 3 warm up, 2x225 for 5
DB rows: 2x115 for 5
seated cable rows:2x 210 for 6 (getting light)
lower back machine 2 sets.
Cable crunches: 2 warm up, 2x stack + 5 for 12 ( i couldn't find any more little weights to add

)
laying leg raises: 2x 30 for 7
abe machine: 1x 80 for 8
felt pretty good overall. was a little rushed though.
