Leg press: 3 warm up, 3 working: 2x 12 45s for 5, 1x 12 45s for 4
leg extentions: 2x 1 minus stack for 5
leg curl: 2x stack for 5
abs: leg raises, 2 warm up, 2x30 for 8
cable crunches: 2x stack for 7
1x crunch machine.
