today I almost didn't go lift, but I made it.
because I missed yesterday I did both shoulders and some back today.
shoulders: seated db press: 3 warm up, 1 working
1x75s for 5, 1x75s for 0 (for some reason the second set i couldnt even get the weight above my head, i should have asked somebody to help me with the first rep but i didn't

)
standing bb shoulder press to front: 2x 120 for 5
standing db laterals: 1x 45s for 5, 1x 45s for 4
back: pulldowns with widegrip bar. 3 warm up, 2 working, 2x225 for 5
db rows, 3x 115 for 6
yeah thats all i did for back. I felt really tired and just wanted to get out of the gym.
