the pullups are just warmup simply because i have no belt to add weight right now so they i can't go heavy. i usally do 3-4 exercises for large muscle groups but keep the sets to a minimum. if i do more sets they become less intense and because i train very heavy the taxing on the cns is high. i find if i do 1-2 sets they become a lot more effective then if i'm doing 3-4 sets.

I know i have 6 exercises on there including pullups and lower back but often i won't do pullups to warm up and the lowerback i don't really think of as my back workout because i can't do straight leg deads or anything because i have lower back problems. i just like to make sure i'm hitting it directly with some exercise.
