BALLANCE and HITTING.. I also found these videos on the net : http://www.baseballtips.com/videos/s...ingdrills.html including :

Hitting Drills: Volume 1 -
Building Strength, Balance, and Speed
Enhance three of the key factors involved in effective hitting. This video shows how to successfully execute each drill. Among the topics covered: wrist and forearm drills, weighted bat, rollers, one-arm drills, thunder stick, wooden dowel, balance drill, and stride box.

BALANCE DISCS:

I've tried that at our gym..the kind with a 4" black ball at the bottom VERY difficult..even at the "easy" setting.

the 20" accross one thought is a lot of fun.. and very interesting possiblilities with it.(Bosu they call it) either right side up or down. but must be quite expensive. ('bout 100$ ?)

I also tried one that looks like the red balance disc in this picture, best buy I think http://nishi.com/sportime/homepage20...lance-Disc.jpg
