While it's not very exciting, at your age simply learning the throw the javelin will have the greatest impact on your performance because it does take time to perfect. You'll have issues with grips (there's 3 basic types), approach, and footwork to deal with as well.
If anything, a general strength program with some medicine ball throws added in to teach you how to use your whole body to throw will probably suffice.
FYI...I come from a family of javelin throwers. I placed 10th at the National Junior Olympics (a lifetime ago) and my brother held the record at Purdue U. for many years.
Do you best to get some good instruction, but if not, there are some great throwing sites on the net.
