I highly recommend against young kids and teenagers looking at this information. The fact that it isn't detailed leaves a lot to the imagination when it comes to young kids exercising. There is basically no concrete information as far as training pre-adolescent and adolescent people. Getting in contact with a professional trainer is leaves the possibility for more misinformation. Many trainers that train adults like to pass themselves off as athletic development specialists or youth conditioning specialists when they have really no clue what the difference is. They are just trying to get another chunk of growing niche in the fitness industry. I don't want to be negative and say the information is lousy because it isn't. When dealing with development of young people it is more detailed than just sets and reps.
