hell to all i am 15 and i have been benching for 3 months, and i havent been getting any definition in my chest, so i talked t oone of my friends and he said i should try benching with my hards wider, so i did, he said that makes my hcest go out ot the sides, so i started doing that and then he said i should do butterflys and decline benching too to get the line i nthe middle and the line under the pecs, so i did but it takes along time so i was wondering can i get hte same looking chest by doing just benching, because i dont have time to do the other things , i dont have time, so i was thinking and i was wondering if by only benching will i still get pecs like the ones that the models have? (i know it will take longer, but what im asking is if the end results will be the same)
