um..matt..im pretty sure that i read somewhere on here a while ago that doing the Big 5...was good for full body..i was tryin to think of some of the exercises off the top of my head..and it may not help much, but it does help..and it makes the abs stronger too...since your basically standing...this makes the abs work..
btw...anyone reading this..ignore my member rating..i think thats actually a pretty stupid thing..ne one could come on here and rate someone bad...like someone ratin jp a 1..not tru at all...
