this is really startin to sound like me...

i can do like 4 at most 5 pull ups...and around 8-9 chin ups(palms facing you)....and my pbliques go in too...try to do some twisting crunches..and put you legs up in the air, cross your ankles and go with your right elbow to your left knee..then back down, up with the left to the right, and then up to the middle...do this a few sets for like 15 reps....it works ok..

for pullups...basically..just do them more often...squats, deadlifts, and lat pulls and the compound lifts will also help...
