bravo!!! bravo!!! seriously though, i really enojyed reading that. it's amazing how many people think that they're qualified to train us young athletes. There's been many cases where i've looked at these type of people and laughed to myself, but at the same time felt bad for the kids they were "training." through all i've learned here, i know better than those kids. I'm really thankful for this forum and all that's its taught me. I have a complete new outloook on athletic training.

oh and a quick btw/fyi...for my end of the year project for my vincentian honors class,we have to, and i quote, "discover an interest that clearly demonstrates the use of your gifts and talents. For example, you might decide to discover a vaccine to end diseases of all kinds, or develop a new theory of evolution, bla bla bla." anyway, i asked the teacher if i could research athletic, specifically youth athletic training, and use the info that i find to create my own idea of how to train/a training method. this will in no way be official or the only way to train, but i figured that it'd be a whole lotta fun to do since i'm on this site everyday. anyway, just a quick btw/fyi.
