Hummm. I don't have access to GYM equipment (weights etc). I don't even have a bar in my house to do pull ups on.
I'm not aiming to go all hard core and look like a hulk like Jean and Brian

. I'm just aiming to gain more muscle mass (especially on my upper body) and be able to meet army requirements:
28 press ups
60 curl-ups
30 half squats
20 back arches
8+ pull-ups
I'm hoping to be able to reach the requirements just by doing each of the exercises heaps of times. But I'm not sure on how to do them properly. Maybe you guys can link me to sites with diagrams? Or give me some tips on reaching my goal?
