i'm currently a teacher trying to develop an athletics program for our school (we have no program if you can believe that). our administration is currently against the idea unless I can prove to them retainment, etc. etc. do you have any information on the benefits of an athletics program, retainment statistics, etc. that I can bring forth to the board in my arguement?
